Refund & Return Policy

Return window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items: Customized, perishable goods, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation period: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

After 24 hours: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving it, as per our Refund Policy.

Refund for cancelled orders: Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 9–15 days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. DM Sales is not liable for delays by courier/postal services but ensures timely handover.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Service confirmations are sent to your registered email.
